The interview process is very similar to what others have stated. There are multiple interviews combined with an IQ test, personality test, writing assessment etc. I believe it took 5 interviews to complete the entire process. Most interviews were with the same HR person along with another team member from ROI. Because of this, most of the interviews consisted of the same behavioral questions over and over again. This interview process requires a LOT of time and it is very clear that ROI only want to hire the best. They are all very intelligent, friendly, and care about their employees, however I was very disappointed when they sent me the "rejection email". After investing a lot of time in the interview process and getting to know the HR representatives and being treated very kindly, I received a very generic and cold "We can't hire you at this time" email. After going through that whole process, I felt it was slightly rude and hoped that ROI would treat those who are applying to be a part of their company better.
Either way, it seems like a good company culture and a great place to work. I just didn't appreciate the hours and hours spent taking all the assessments and meeting with them five times only to receive a basic rejection letter.

First they want to set you up for a brief 15 minute phone interview to get a feel for you. Basic questions like "Why do you want to work for us", "Tell us about yourself", etc. Then they schedule you to come in for assessments. I only knew how long the assessments would take due to other reviews on here; not once did they actually inform me that it would take 2 hours. First you take a logic/analytical test, which takes an hour. There were 80 questions and honestly half of them didn't make sense to me. After that you take a personality test, grammar test, and a typing test. It was a lot of work to put into it before even having a real interview to learn more about the position and if it was a job you really wanted...After that, the interviewer asked me a few questions and reviewed my resume. They promised me I would hear back within 2 days, which ended up being more like a week. I was not invited for a second interview. I was disappointed and disliked that their outrageous tests had an influence on their decision. Best of luck to anyone that applies here. It seems like a good company to work for, if you can actually get hired!
