Interviewer just asked me little bit about technical skill and few basic knowledge about Health, Safety and Environment. There is no sallary negotiation here, it's like "take it or leave it" question. I was just prepared for myself for work outside Jakarta with a roster; 30 days on duty and 10 days off duty. Also, I was sign the contract before.
