I applied online. I was called in for an interview about 2 weeks later. They asked about a gap in my work history, and I told them I had spent almost two years caring for my young son with special needs. Two women I interviewed with responded by telling me this was not a legitimate reason and made it clear they were not interested in me after I gave my response. It was disgraceful behavior and they should be ashamed of themselves. I feel sorry for their children, if they have any.
