      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso RPM Living nel mese di dic 2019

      Colloquio

      I was contacted 5 days after applying for the position. The Corporate Recruiter emailed me to arrange the phone screen, which happened 2 days later. Phone screen went great, however there seems to have been some issues with trying to fill the position for quite a while. I could sense the frustration she felt. Phone interview was scheduled w the VP of HR the following day. That phone interview went...OK. Again, very evident frustration. I had several questions to clarify the expectations of the position, and I did not get direct answers. At the end, I was mid-sentence asking a question and was promptly cut off, saying she needed to get through more phone interviews and would get back with me. My boyfriend happened to be in the room and I asked for his input/what he thought based on overhearing. He said it felt like I was interviewing her and not her/Roscoe interviewing me. I did not mean to come across quite that way, but I also want to complete the proper due diligence to make sure it will be a good fit all the way around. I sent a brief follow-up email a week later. Then the Christmas and New Year Holiday hit. Then on January 3rd I sent another follow-up email. I heard back on January 6th wishing me luck in my job search.
