I had 3 interviews with RPS (one Zoom call, 2 in person), each interview went well and the dialogue was open and cordial during each conversation. I met the owners who both seemed like they wanted to bring me on full-time. After the 3rd interview, I was told that instead of a full-time roll (which one of the owners told me they'd like to potentially offer me after the 2nd interview) the other owner offered me part-time consulting work, which I tentatively accepted. I was told I would receive a scope of work by the end of that day, and never received any communications from HR, the owners, or anyone I spoke with during the month-and-a-half long process, and have yet to receive any follow-up communications over a month later. Overall a very disappointing experience, would not recommend this company to anyone else given their lack of professionalism and follow-up after 3 rounds of interviews.
