Video interview with senior member of the team. Motivational and behavioural questions asked related specifically to mid-market M&A. Interview was quite conversational in tone and did not focus on technicals.

process involved 7 stages where the hardest one was the assement cebtre that was 4 hours long. Prtner interview was fun and quite informal but had to travel to get there in person
