Interview by HR and Accounting employee, and numerical and verbal reasoning tests. I was tight on time and these tests were not anything I had seen before i.e other firms don't use them. They were multiple choice questions as usual though. The interview was not that difficult because there was not many applicants applying.

Talk me through your cv? work experience? Why you want to work for us? What can you offer us?
It was conducted by one of the talent acquisition officer and the whole process took about 30 minutes. The interview was to get to know the candidate and to see if they are the perfect fit for the role
- Friendly, more of a casual conversation
- General qns on why u want to join the firm, prior experience etc, and will share abt culture here as well
- One stage interview
30 minutes interview with specific department intern supervisor, asked the usual questions like what is your career aspirations, why RSM and explained how the internship works. Was quite manageable and expected
