Colloquio
There will be 3 interviews, the first one is Interview with Manager and then with Human Resources and the last one is with Partner.
The interview will take one day if the interviewer is available in one day. You will be interviewed by manager first, if the partner is not in office in that day, you will be contacted again within one or two weeks to be interviewed by the partner. They sometimes skip the HR interview.

Manager: about yourself (future plan, why do you choose tax, what do you like about tax), about tax (what do you know about witholding tax, value added tax, etc)
HR: mainly about yourself and your personality
Partner: mainly about yourself and personality, there is no technical question
Basically with a group of other candidates where you meet each other and get assigned into groups where you have to complete a task then have an individual interview where they try to learn more about you and whether you are the right fit for their team.
Online Test moderate difficulty, Initial interview with basic questions, group discussion and another round witb technical accounting, taxation and general questions. I had interview through placement from college so the levels may differ from normal interview process.

The overall process was straightforward. First there was a hr screening interview then soon after a interview with the hiring managers. Mostly behavioural questions were asked that were job specific.
