Applied online on the website and quickly received links to tests and video interview. After passing them it took a couple of weeks for RSM to get back to me about assessment center. AC took 2-3 hours and there was only 3 candidates. Afterwards I received a call in two days with feedback.

alright but got rejected. it was in a virtual assessment centre where i had to answer 7 questions and then work in a group for a task and then diary task where i plan my time and days.

The process is divided into online form completion, online testing, video interviews, and final interviews. Online testing and video interviews are fairly standard, but the final interview is more challenging, lasting a total of four hours.
