Easy interview, relaxed atmosphere. Main objective seemed to be finding the candidate who knew what they were doing and needed little training in administration in the accounting industry. Interviewer did most of the talking so I felt like I didn't get to say everything I wanted to, but at that point the interviewer already made up their mind.

The interview process went on smoothly. Mrs Chesna, the HR Supervisor, asked the right questions and was very comprehensive about the setbacks I have had in my career and education. She even encouraged me to pursue further studies in this field so as to one day be able to climb the corporate ladder. It is the first time I have met an HR who is so comprehensive atop of encouraging me to study more. I was left astonished by her kindness, humility and her encouragement.
