The review process at RSM was thorough and professional. I was able to meet with several individuals (leadership and peers). The recruiting team was very communicative and I knew where things stood as I progressed in the process.

Had multiple rounds of interview, starting with MD and two Senior Managers. The interviews were primarily technical with very limited HR questions. There were around 3-4 rounds to be covered. Also the interview process was conducted in-person.

A lot of case study based questions on small scenarios that happen in the day-to day activity
Went through several rounds of interviews that went well and then was completely ghosted. Cannot believe this level of unprofessionalism is still allowed. What a bunch of cowards they are.
It was a Quick and smooth process. I got a quick reply as well. There weren’t too many levels of interviews like some other firms have. Relevant and logical questions asked.
