Started off with dropping of CV at the Office of RSM International, Got a call after a week for my first interview which mainly consisted of logical thinking and personality test and mainly question derived from CV but major focus remained the personality test, after the interview gt a call for second interview a week later with the senior partner who asked about my interest and review my interview results of the 1st interview. Lastly got a call 1.5 weeks later confirming that I have been recruited.
