It was a very straight forward interview process. I Spoke with 4 different team members at varing levels (2 partners, a supervisor, and manager) in four seprate conversations. It was a very conversational interview with less questions and answers. Rather it was a discussuon about the job and how what my day to day would look like as part of the team.
Basically with a group of other candidates where you meet each other and get assigned into groups where you have to complete a task then have an individual interview where they try to learn more about you and whether you are the right fit for their team.
Online Test moderate difficulty, Initial interview with basic questions, group discussion and another round witb technical accounting, taxation and general questions. I had interview through placement from college so the levels may differ from normal interview process.
