I applied through LinkedIn. About 1 week then got HR emailed me to send some documents by email for their review. Few days later, got invitation for User interview and few days after, Partner interview. Everything was done online. 3 days later I got accepted and onboarding right away. The total process was really fast, about 1-2 weeks.

(User interview) Why do you want to work with us? why tax? what do you know about tax? what is your career goal? does it align with your past experience and future goal?
(Partner interview) it was simple and laid back. only self introduction, explanation about the job desk and department. more personal questions regarding to your CV.
Basically with a group of other candidates where you meet each other and get assigned into groups where you have to complete a task then have an individual interview where they try to learn more about you and whether you are the right fit for their team.
Online Test moderate difficulty, Initial interview with basic questions, group discussion and another round witb technical accounting, taxation and general questions. I had interview through placement from college so the levels may differ from normal interview process.

The overall process was straightforward. First there was a hr screening interview then soon after a interview with the hiring managers. Mostly behavioural questions were asked that were job specific.
