Overall it was a very smooth process, interviewed with 2 different directors on the team. They were friendly and asked thoughtful questions about my background and experience in the industry.
Pretty informal and straight forward interview process. Seems like they are looking more for personality fit and focusing on experience. Interviewers were nice and approachable - everyone seems to love the company.

HR lacks professionalism when it comes to communicating the results. Overall the people I met were interesting and wanted to get to know me. Very slow process when it comes to recruiting process.
