Everyone was extremely helpful. There were 2 rounds of interviews that mostly consisted of get to know you questions. Every member of the team I met was very kind and interested in me as a person and an employee.
It was conducted by one of the talent acquisition officer and the whole process took about 30 minutes. The interview was to get to know the candidate and to see if they are the perfect fit for the role

- General qns on why u want to join the firm, prior experience etc, and will share abt culture here as well
- One stage interview
30 minutes interview with specific department intern supervisor, asked the usual questions like what is your career aspirations, why RSM and explained how the internship works. Was quite manageable and expected
