A talent acquisition associate contacted me via LinkedIn, requesting a copy of my resume and email address. A few days later, a different recruiter reached out via email, then via phone to set up an initial call. After talking about culture, role requirements, benefits, and salary expectations we agreed on moving on to the next round. This next round was an interview with three people about behavioral questions, general IT knowledge, agile methodologies, previous roles, decision-making, and easy coding exercises. I felt comfortable here because the interviewers were very kind and professional and precisely answered my questions. Everything was good; the same recruiter communicated that an offer was ready for me to join the company, given that hiring managers were happy with my profile.
