McGladrey HR person contacted me. We talked about the position and what I was looking for. She set up another phone interview with her boss (HR). After that, I met with the director and partner for the job I was interviewing for.
Interview process included a manager, director, and partner level interview. Technical questions, background, employment history, and work style were discussed. By the partner interview, a job offer was extended and compensation was discussed.
start in the morning then fisinsh in about 1 hour.
Two managers involve the interview then an online assessment need to be done after the interview. Few questions have been asked
Involved 3-4 rounds, 1st teo rounds being technical and last round beinh HR round. The process was based on your understanding of fiancial statements, due diligence process and problem solving skills.
