It started with a recruiter cold lead on LinkedIn. Then there was a recruiter phone screen, where she looked to match me with open positions. Afterward, an interview loop was scheduled with a hiring manager, partner, a couple of other accounting managers. All of this took place on Zoom. There were not a lot of technical questions, but opportunities to talk about culture, workload, and expectations.
