Very lengthy process. HR approached me for the role via LinkedIn. First interview with HR and told her very clearly that I don’t have experience with certain products but still went ahead to set up the 2nd round of interview. Before the interview, I reiterated again that I won’t be able to answer questions on the products I have no experience in. On the interview itself, the hiring manager proceed to ask me questions for all the products that I wasn’t familiar with and I had to keep saying I didn’t know. Very traumatising experience.

The first round is with HR, followed by a numerical test. After that, you'll move on to the second round, which includes a case study. Finally, you'll have an interview with the Global Head based in Poland.
