1 phone and Skype/BlueJeans interviews spaced out 3 weeks apart. No feedback, no call back, no email responses at all. Unprofessional second call where you could hear the person's child screaming in the back as well as traffic. Clearly this person was not working and adequately giving me, the interviewee, the respect we are expected to give interviewers. Was also 10-15 min late to the call. They were nice people, but the conversation was not informative. No great details about the job, and only asked about my skills and such literally the last 5 minutes of our time/scheduled call. How can you determine a candidate's candidacy like that?
