Panel interview with three people at the Research Triangle Park site. This was after an initial phone screen with Human Resources. People were friendly but ultimately my lack of experience in the field cost me the opportunity to work at RTI.

I applied for the position and within a week I was contacted by the recruiter to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was held between the recruiter and myself, and it took about 30-40 minutes. After a week, I was contacted for a second interview held in person. Throughout the whole interview process, I mentioned that I appreciated working with one recruiter who remained in contact with updates, etc.
