On August 3rd, 2021, I applied for a Junior Devops Engineer role with RTS Labs. I went through 3 interviews. One phone interview and 2 technical interviews. In addition, I completed 3 quizzes that included a script, providing questions to a vague scenario , providing solutions using AWS. This process all together took 2 months. I was notified on a Friday afternoon that I didn't get the job after a lengthy process. The interview process and the job description DO NOT MATCH. The company has high expectations from Junior Devops applicants and advertises that they are looking for applicants with 0 or 1 years of experience. There is a big discrepancy between the jobs they advertise and the expectations/interview process. Please avoid applying to this company. You will avoid the headaches, and disappointment that comes.
This is really a horrible company that makes things difficult. Please avoid ! I wasted 2 months for a Junior Devops Engineer

Completed 3 quizzes and two interviews and didn't get the job. It was a waste of time. Please avoid this company at all cost. This process lasted over a month!
