After applying online, I was invited to a College Open House. The event mainly consisted of 3 parts: meet & greet(aka interviews) with hiring managers, tour of the facility, and Q&A with recent hires. Meeting the hiring managers was great for the most part. Out of the 5 I spoke to, 4 where extremely friendly and had positive attitudes(which was true for all the other staff at the event as well). Everyone was enthusiastic and felt really supportive of all the candidates.
Interviews were job fair style, where the candidates approach the managers and start a conversation. Most of the questions where behavioral, trying to gauge if your personality would be a good fit. Technical questions were focused on OOP and basic Data Structures; not too hard, stuff you should know very well if you did well in college. No kind of leetcode/cracking the coding interview type questions.
Overall I found the whole process very unique and a great way to interview as well as get to know the company more.
