They reached out to me to schedule a phone interview with a SWE manager. One phone interview before I received my offer. Very easy interview and interviewer was very nice.
Behavioral based interview with knowledgeable and friendly interviewers. Handful of questions that had general focus areas on previous experiences and applicability to RTX. About 45 minutes, including questions at end.
