Phone Interview with Operations Manager and Range Manager, Interview lasted about one hour. I was asked may question about my prior leadership, and military experience. I was also asked about my knowledge of Army Range procedures. The position also required previous experience with training programs. I was asked a lot of questions about my past experience in leading training teams for the Navy, specifically regarding crew served weapons, and general weapons safety.
