One phone interview with 4 Raytheon employees. One in person interview on site with the same 4 employees. Round robin interview covered education, experience, personality and problem solving. One technical presentation to a board. I interviewed with five other candidates. We all were together and got to watch all the presentations. Senior management watched the presentation as well.

Hiring manager initially reached out to me and encouraged me to apply online. Weeks later the HR department called to schedule a in-person interview and arranged the travel details. I interviewed with 3 people and each of them were laid back and just wanting to hear about previous work experiences.
