The interview process was quick and painless. It was over the phone, and consisted of 3 calls. Everyone I made contact with was super helpful. There was always someone to answer questions.

The interview was extremely easygoing and friendly. The interviewers were young, transparent, and easy to connect with. Most questions were behavioral, with a few light technicals on basic topics. They also asked about the role and made sure I understood the company and industry.

Only one behavioral interview. 30 minutes online. Asked about my CV, and personal projects and to explain the basic functioning of an engine. The decision came shortly after the interview, the same day.
