Zunächst vorstellungsgesprächstypische Fragen, Erwartung das Werdegang vorgetragen wird, ohne dass der Interviewer dazu auffordert. Danach folgten Fachfragen im Umfang einer Master-Prüfung. Der Fachbereich führt das Verfahren weitgehend ohne die Personalabteilung durch.
