The process started with a first interview with a team member from the Sustainable AI and FinOps team. The conversation was very open and friendly, focused on my background, motivation for the internship, previous data/AI experience, stakeholder communication, and interest in sustainability. They also explained the team, the role, and the type of projects the intern could work on. I was then invited to a second interview, which was expected to be more focused on the sustainability and technical side of the role.
