Colloquio
Eerst was er een CV selectie en een 1-op-1 gesprek bij een externe recruiter, daarna een gesprek met een IT Lead bij Rabobank. In verband met Covid-19 was dit gesprek via video conference. Daarna is de communicatie helemaal stilgevallen, en is er nooit meer communicatie geweest over deze functie.

It took 2 weeks to get a generic response without any specific reason for withdrawing the job position. Interview was set up quickly. Interview itself was taken the time for and next steps were clearly mentioned.

Colloquio
Smooth and pleasent process, friendly people and overall experience. There were 3 rounds of interview - with recruiter, team and manager. All 3 went well and impressions were possitive. I especially enjoyed interview with the manager, discussion was deep and meaningful.

Very thorough with quite a lot of layers. They were straight forward about rejection without taking too much time leaving you out in limbo. First, they take two different personality exams. Then meeting many different interviewers
