RECRUITER IS REASON FOR NEGATIVE RATING, NOT RABOBANK
I was approached by a recruiter via LinkedIn. Standard phone screen followed by in person interviews with hiring managers at Rabobank. Both interviews were pleasant, the managers at Rabobank were especially friendly and insightful. Everything was going great until I received an initial offer. I was ready to accept and informed my employer I had something on the table; they asked me to wait because they essentially wanted to counter and promote me. The recruiter tried to bully me into accepting by time pressuring me and making comments like "the street is small" and "declining will leave a bad taste". This person ultimately made me question the decision and I ended up declining and taking the offer to stay.
