Ik heb via een werknemersdoorverwijzing gesolliciteerd. De procedure duurde 2 weken.
Eerst CV en brief opgestuurd naar HR, via een bekende van me.
Ik werd gebeld voor een afspraak op het kantoor met 2 manager.
Dit gesprek duurde ruim een uur en was positief. De sfeer was informeel en ontspannen.
Er werden interessante vragen gesteld.

Clear and straightforward process. Clear & timely feedback receive. It focuses a lot on cultural fit and team fit, but your qualifications can also help. I think it's more difficult to get an interview than doing the interview.

2 step interviews, with team members and team lead , then final offer . Each interview is around 45 minutes , very punctual, no bs questions. Recruiter is efficient and effective, ready to help

I received a rejection just one day after submitting my application, despite my resume aligning with 90% of the job requirements (based on experience, skills and/or qualities). The rejection email stated other candidates being a better fit for the position. Seeking further insight, I requested feedback but received no response. Interestingly, the position is still posted on LinkedIn.
