As an HR professional, I was really disappointed with this Company's recruitment process. The recruitment process began with a customary phone screening. The recruiter set an interview time, which he later changed. I was flexible enough to adjust but on the day of my phone screen, he didn't show. I had to reach out to remind him that we had an interview, to which he responded "I didn't remember". He apologized but when he finally called to conduct the phone screen, it was 20mins after the scheduled interview time and he rushed through the interview like he had somewhere else to be. I was really excited about this role so imagine my disappointment in his unprofessionalism. I have not even heard back from him since the phone screening to find out the next steps or if I was not selected. Very poor reflection of the Company.
