Had three rounds of interview. First round was phone screening with recruiter, then got invited to the Atlanta HQ for 3 separate interviews with team members/managers, and lastly final round with the director of the dept at the Atlanta HQ. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to. Lots of behavior questions. However, after the final round, I never heard from the recruiter. Waited a week and found out that I was rejected through the candidate homepage.

Phase 1: submitted application Phase 2: after a 1 to 2 week waiting period, I received an email from a recruiter to schedule a brief phone interview to discuss my background and the position. Phase 3: less than 1 week after the initial phone interview, I received a phone call from the recruiter notifying me that they would like to schedule a video interview so that I could I interview with the hiring manager and other members of the team. Phase 4: 2 days after the video interview, I received a call from the recruiter notifying me that the team would like to interview me one final time in person at the corporate HQ. Phase 5: 3 days after the in person interview, I received a call from the hiring manager notifying me that they would like to offer me the job. **4-6 week process from submitting application to job offer**

Very laid back. 3 rounds of calls. Very welcoming team. Overall process took about 3-4 weeks from first call with talent team to talking with department members. Nothing crazy, RaceTrac cares about your work ethic and personality more than perhaps previous experience, to a point.
