This was the worst interview I ever did and it didn’t even happen. The interviewer called me saying he was interesting on interviewing me but this call went to voicemail. I called him four days straight trying to get in contact and I know he was getting my voicemails cause he cleaned his voicemail cause the first time I called it was full. So on Friday the week he called me he finally returned my calls (four days after he originally called me) and set an on the phone interview for Monday. Monday rolls around and he tells me he is “really tired” and wants to reschedule for Tuesday (the next day). I call him at the time we agreed and he doesn’t pick up. I call him two more days and crickets. He ghosted me. What kind of hiring process is that?
