Initial contact by Recruiter after I applied online, basic questions, scheduled Tech phone screen for a few days later, basic tech questions. Next phone screen included speaking with Managers and higher level tech people. HR followed up with scheduling a flight to interview in person, they did a good job of handling all the particulars. I spoke in person first with my Recruiter, then had 3-4 sessions with Technical people. Most of the time it was two Rackers interviewing me, I did have 2 one-on-one interviews. The day was about 4 hours of interviews finishing with one of their Directors. I flew home the following day, andhad an offer the day after.
