Quick process, whole thing took about 1 week. Consisted of 3 interviews, online, on the phone and in person. Great feedback to why you didn't get the job and what skills were lacking. Study the company it will really help.

I had 2 separate zoom interviews with 6 people in total throughout the process. The interviews totaled about 90 minutes. The interviewers were very nice and it felt more conversational than them barreling you with questions for an hour and a half. They want to get to know what motivates you and why Rackspace is a good fit specifically for you.

What would you do if a someone other than the account holder themself tried to gain access to their account, saying that they are working on behalf of the account holder and that they will be upset if they are unable to gain access?

Great communication throughout the process, although lengthy. The video interview was interesting but not difficult. You should do your research beforehand and have a good understanding of the company, services and products.
