My initial interview was 5+ years ago, but I don't believe the initial process has changed much. I was brought in to their headquarters in San Antonio, TX and participated in numerous panel style interviews - these consisted of myself and usually 2 interviewers at a time. Questions were heavily based in personality and culture fit. Prior experience in Cloud technology was not expected.

Was a great experience, well communicated thorough. I knew exactly what to expect and when. Each interviewer was direct with their questions and answered every question I had. Offer came as discussed in a timely manner as well as all the follow up corresondence.
