1 phone screen, 4 phone interviews spanning 7 people, face to face with 9 people. Not terribly fast moving process, but each wave moved at a fairly fast clip.

Discuss the role of psychometric testing. Despite having no discussion or indication that psychometric testing would be a component in this role for all staff, I was denied moving further because I wasn't an expert in something I last took many years before. Disappointing.
