I had total four rounds of interview. First two rounds were technical which took almost 45mins for each round. One English assessment round where I scored pretty much good on first attempt and final round was managerial. In final round I am having very bad experience. I have been rejected without any proper reason and manager gave feedback I want to explore more profiles. However we had a very good discussion. It's very unprofessional and waste of time I believe. And hence my views on the organisation totally now went in negetive way. Never going to apply here.

First it was a phone call with HR department where you can talk about yourself in order to get the second interview in the process which is the technical interview but that is another interview

A recruiter reached out via linked in and said I may be suitable for a role. I then received a telephone interview and face to face and then an offer. The telephone interview was high level with a senior engineer. Unfortunately I did not know mine was booked because of an issue with my email address and the portal they used so it surprised me to get a call. Thankfully I was put through to a face to face as I was extremely nervous for my telephone interview but must have said the right things.
The face to face involved a tech and manager interview. Everyone I dealt with was very personable. I quite liked the technical interview as it was not the usual grilling and looking for specific answer type one. You were questioned on understanding and then prompted for more detail to gauge understanding which was really good. The manager one was also good and wanting to dig into you as a person and how you would fit. My advice is to just be yourself and if you’re a fit you’ll be fine.
