Basic questions in phone interview. After that there were interviews with 2-3 developers. No hard questions, mostly behavioral ones. Technical questions were alarmingly trivia based (what does X mean in c#) which seems to imply they are looking for knowledge rather than ability to learn. Developers seemed friendly enough. Was given another test to do over a 48hr period.
String focus on OOP and design and nearly none on algorithms.

There were 4 rounds. First was a phone conversation with the recruiter. This was just to ensure that both parties were aware of what the position was and a high level view of what we were looking for. Second was another phone screen with the hiring manager. This was more of understanding my previous experience and to ensure that we weren't wasting our time. Third round was a video conference with other manager/lead. This round involved some technical architecture questions and cultural fit questions. Fourth round was with more members from the teams to determine which team fit would be best.

The full process involves 5 rounds. Starts of with phone screening with HR, followed with coding exercise. I was given a full stack to build and submit it in 3 days no particular language.
After shortlisted, 3 hours onsite interview consisting of 3 rounds each last for one hour
