A telephone interview (two managers), lasted about 1 hour: give examples about the previous work experience, why Rackspace, your understanding of the current business, questions about the business, your technical skills. The managers were nice, but they didn't give any comments during the interview. 3. An onsite interview. 3 rounds of interview (6 managers in total), the whole process lasted about 3 hours. The questions are quite similar to the telephone interview.
