I flew to San Antonio from the San Francisco Bay area. I spent two days interviewing, and a total of 8 hours of interviewing with 12 people. 1-1 and a panal interview team. I met with senior executives, clients and HR. after the interview they escorted me out, and seemed to be interested. I never received a call or email thanking mecoming to interview. after repeated attempts to call the HR and recruiting team I simply gave up! not even a courtesy call from Rackspace. two months later I get another call conveying interest, and that they would like to offer me a contract job. I declined, based on my previous experiences No Thanks on being a "Racker" very dissappointed in there interviewing practices
