1st screening call, an in-depth technical interview with 2 team members and manager , 3rd technical (high level and strategic questions) interview with 2 managers and 1 member from another team The job description was for Senior Devops Engineer, however in the 2nd interview they told me it is for Architect , it is Ok for me as I worked both roles and have experience in both areas. The interviewers asked me kind of questions: How to do this and that in AWS And couple of questions in Terraform I answered them all except one question in terraform But the feedback was totally a lie For example one of the questinos were: how to manage multiple aws accounts from one place? Answer: I used AWS Organization for that where you invite many other account to join a master one, then optionally setup Landing Zone or Control Tower to facilitates and automate resource provisioning and manage them from one account. Then they come back saying: I don't have enough experience in Control Tower!!!! which is a complete lie I worked in Amazon itself for 2 years , supported their enterprise clients as Senior Cloud Engineer, and I been using and managing AWS cloud environment for nearly 7 years now in big names like Refinitiv where I worked as Cloud Architect, and Backspace who are just a broker and service out-sourcing works as middle entity between small clients and Amazon the big Cloud guys and the Founders of AWS sees me and says I have "little experience in AWS functionalities"!!!! What a joke I really wasted my time with them and sent email to their HR saying "your interviewers are not honest and telling lies and don't contact me again for any role in this company" Stay away they have a real problem

One small call with the recruiter. He arranged the interview after multiple reminders. One technical round which was over Zoom. Never got any reply from the recruiter post that - no feedback, no result. Nothing. Pathetic experience
