Colloquio
On December 25, I received a rejection email from Rad AI following the interview process. The email arrived during the holiday period, which was surprising and unexpected given the circumstances.

Colloquio
Straight forward interview process starting with the recruiter and then technical lead followed by top people in company. Started and scheduled in a timely manner and was very open about how things went.

Domanda 1
Technical Projects I was most proud of relevant to the job posting.

Colloquio
Interview Process:
I applied online and was contacted almost immediately by the recruiter. Things moved quickly at first, my resume was advanced right away, and I was scheduled for a screening. That call went smoothly, and I was then set up to speak with a team member. During that conversation, I was given positive feedback about my career trajectory and alignment with the role. However, just a few days later I received a rejection, even though I was told they were still in the process of conducting prescreens with other candidates that same week.
The experience came across as inconsistent and ultimately unprofessional. The process created a false sense of momentum and encouragement, only to end suddenly without a fair chance to demonstrate technical skills.
Pros:
• Fast initial response time.
• Communication was polite and professional in tone.
Cons:
• The process felt rushed at first and then abruptly cut off without clarity.
• Mixed messages: I was told I aligned well, only to be rejected almost immediately afterward.
• Rejection came before any technical evaluation, which makes it feel like the decision wasn’t based on actual skills.
• The hiring process felt disorganized, as if the goalposts were shifted mid-way.
• Leaves candidates with a poor impression of company culture.
Advice to Management:
Be more consistent and transparent with candidates. If you are still conducting prescreens, don’t reject aligned applicants mid-process, it comes across as careless and unprofessional. Give candidates a fair chance to demonstrate their skills before closing them out. The way you handle the hiring process reflects directly on company culture. Even if you don’t hire someone, the impression you leave matters.
