I knew I wanted the job from the moment I got the email response to my resume. It said thanks for applying the the role then gave an inspiring description of the company and position. I had given a high salary target so the recruiter noted that they might not be able to match my salary demand but urged me to call to discuss. I called and was asked some tough questions. It ended up feeling good because I felt like I just passed a test. I felt like she doesn't let just anyone through.

I had an initial phone screen with a recruiter and was set to move forward with my next interview but never heard back. On the phone screen, the recruiter asked me on the spot if I was vaxx'd and went on a 5 minute rant about women empowerment within the company. Which is fine, but I'd rather not talk politics with a recruiter I barely knew. She was very excited to move me to the next round, tried to schedule it via e-mail and I responded with available times and I never heard back. I followed up a few more times and am now moving on.
