Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Radancy
Colloquio
Very disorganized process spread over too many cities. Recruiter in one, hiring manager in another, interview in yet another. After multiple discussions with recruiter, I had a phone interview with a hiring manager.
TMP likes to force applicants to put together fake (yet detailed decks) and then present said deck to a room full of decision-makers so they can "see" the person's capabilities. After cramming to put it together, I show up at the office. First I learn that the hiring manager from the first interview is not going to be there in person. Next I learn from a very nice but apologetic team that they are all on their way out to a trip and can't stay for it and the other "decision-maker" isn't even in the office that part of the week.
However, no has told the internal recruiter any of this information. Said situation somehow becomes my fault when I ask to reschedule when there could actually be people in the room to "see" my presentation. The internal recruiter apologizes and says that they will reschedule.
After two weeks of no response to communications, the internal recruiter finally informs me that they just went ahead and hired someone else.
It wasn't until afterward that I find out from several others who had similar experiences that this is the way TMP works.
After attending some local digital groups and mentioned TMP, they all scrunched up their faces and said, "Oh you don't want to go there".
Lesson learned.

Please put together a strategy based on a scenario we will give you.
The initial interview was simple and straight forward. It was pretty casual with basic questions that got to know you. However, I was told that I would hear from the hiring manager within 3 days because they needed to fill the role. After 1 week, I followed up with the initial interviewer to express my interest and ask if a decision was made. No response. More than a month later, I received an email from the hiring manager (who was supposed to get back to me in 3 days). He wanted to meet for coffee in the morning to do an in-person interview that week. I responded the same day, and explained that I couldn't do an interview in the morning because I was still employed and started work by 7:30 am. It's been another two weeks since I sent that email and he still has not responded. Based on this experience, I wouldn't consider working for this company. I can only imagine how communication is day-to-day.

Tell me about yourself? What experience do you have that would be a good fit for this role?
Straightforward interview process that included one phone screen and two virtual video interviews. Time between interview and offer was a few days longer than expected but the recruiter kept me up-to-date at every step.
4 vision de 30 à 45 minutes. Une bonne présentation des missions et de la stratégie globale du groupe. Une excellente écoute et une invitation à raconter aussi les aspects personnels de mon parcours
