The process is very minimal. They give you an overview of what the company offers and the business that it provides, outlines the commission based pay system that they offer, and also establishes the company's history. The questions are very baseline and mostly have to do with your personal strengths rather than experience. After a first round group interview, they arrive at their decision and either decline or give you an offer.
