In person at their lab headquarters. This company is a start up Biotech/ Pharmaceutical. I emailed and personally met with the co-founders who were very nice and seemed very intelligent. They asked me just a bunch of technical/ research questions. Then I met with their other scientists and associates. It was very relaxed and cool.

First you meet with the two co-founders and they'll ask broader questions like what you want out of the job and what you have experience with. Then you meet in groups of 2-3 with the rest of the company, each group took 20-30 minutes. They mostly want to know what you already know how to do and what they'd have to train you on. You have the opportunity to ask questions of each group, so think of those ahead of time!
